Erin Wagner – Consultant

With over 15 years experience in the not for profit sector, Erin has proficient skills in research and analysis of data, quality assurance, client feedback initiatives, project management and the creation of policies, procedures, guides, forms and manuals.


Erin has a keen eye for detail, is focused and precise in document preparation with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.


Erin has prepared organisations for ISO9001, NDIS and safeguarding children and young people audits which included undertaking a gap analysis on each occasion and creation of documents and processes where gaps have been identified.


She has a strong interest in and has prepared documentation for the Tasmanian Child and Youth Safe Framework and the Reportable Conduct Scheme that came into effect in Tasmania in January 2024.


She also has a strong interest in and is skilled in compliance and continuous quality improvement initiatives. 

Her qualifications include Business Management, Diploma Project Management, Diploma Leadership and Management, Cert 4 in Business Front-line Management.
