Naomi Jones-Black – Consultant

As an experienced Organisational Change Manager, Naomi Jones-Black designs and delivers tailored change implementation strategies. Naomi started her change management career in 2007. Naomi’s specialisation is to create, skilfully curate and distribute content to build change capability for people and organisations to be excellent change makers.

She is an Accredited Change Manager Master and a Change Management Practitioner.  Naomi holds a Master of Business, a Graduate Diploma in Management and a Bachelor of Commerce.

She believes in the power of collaboration and is passionate and keen on imparting her knowledge and experience in organisational change management so that organisations become better at designing, implementing, leading and managing change.  She is the author of ‘The Power of People Collaborating: Change management perspectives’ available on Amazon, released in 2023.

Naomi is a people manager with many years’ experience and has led change management teams and held responsibility for enterprise-wide change frameworks, change capability and change governance.  

She has worked in many functions in business including procurement, finance, HR, risk management, information management and project management. She is an experienced facilitator and coach for leaders and managers in strategic planning as well as change leadership – from casting vision to embedding change.

Sectors Naomi has worked in include telecommunications, the electricity supply industry, professional performing arts management, emergency services, marine resources, justice and corrections.  

Naomi is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Change Management Institute. She is a Director and the Company Secretary for the global Board of the Change Management Institute.
