Professor Sue Kilpatrick – Chair Regional Development Australia, Tasmania

Regional Development Australia, Tasmania (RDAT) engaged Michelle to deliver a short governance training session to our Committee (Board) and staff. Our group ranged from someone with no governance experience, though a Committee Member on their first Board to more experienced members including a FAICD.

RDAT greatly benefited from Michelle’s flexibility, which allowed us to hone in on what we need to learn, what we needed to do, and have the discussion that generated broad consensus around what we need to do next.

Group members at all levels of their governance journey expressed high levels of satisfaction with the session and valued individual as well as whole organisation learnings. Michelle’s expertise in meeting individual needs of such a diverse group while scaffolding, supporting and meeting whole of organisation goals from the session was outstanding.
