St Vincent de Paul Society (Tasmania) Inc. has had the pleasure of working with Michelle Swallow on a number of projects including governance training and the development of a three year Strategic Plan.
Michelle is a highly professional and accomplished facilitator, who consistently delivers outputs with a strong sense of purpose. Michelle uses a wide range of facilitation tools. One of her greatest strengths is her ability to put people at ease with her down to earth style and quick sense of humour.
Michelle has also provided outstanding support to St Vincent de Paul Society with the design and facilitation of a series of Social Outcome Measurement consultation workshops across the state.
With Michelle’s skill and sensitivity, and her ability to carefully attune to the various group dynamics it became very clear, early on, that everyone’s voice in the room was equal and was heard. Michelle was able to successfully facilitate any group’s questions and concerns and then most importantly, with her positive approach and skilful facilitation transform any concerns into positive outcomes.
