Langford Support Services engaged Leadership and Change Consultants to facilitate the development of our new Strategic Plan following some positive feedback from other organisations who had engaged them. From the beginning it was clear that the industry knowledge Michelle and Manuel bought to the table was going to be a big advantage to what can sometimes be a process of herding cats.
