Coaching –
I have benefited greatly from engaging Michelle as an Executive Coach. Her ability to simultaneously challenge and coax my critical thinking of complex issues has enabled me to leverage existing strengths and improve problem solving skills. Having a trusted relationship with a Coach is incredibly important and good humour, empathy for role challenges, and the safe reflective environment Michelle provides in her coaching has ultimately enhanced my leadership ability.
