Commencing an extensive external review of our Board was a significant step forward. We wanted frank and fearless advice about how we could continue to take TasCOSS forward. As part of that review, as Chair, I opened myself up to anonymous feedback from my colleagues. It was daunting. Michelle Swallow’s deft approach to preparation and delivery of the review gave me and the Board great confidence in her findings. I am confident it also helped instil further zeal for the recommended work to be done.
I won’t hesitate to recommend Michelle to other organisations if they require leadership and strategic expertise. TasCOSS has a great plan to take forward, and Michelle has been a big part of that.
