On behalf of the Regional Reference Group I engaged Michelle to facilitate our recent Planning Day, as we believed that her strategic approach and experience in facilitation coupled with her knowledge and understanding of the community sector would not only ensure those participating contributed but that we had an achievable and measurable plan for the future.
