Renee has worked across a variety of industries in senior HR roles, specialising in employee relations, industrial relations, policy development and high-level advice and coaching.
Renee has a consultative approach, focussed on relationship management and developing a thorough understanding of business needs and drivers and tailoring HR solutions to suit. With over 12 years experience at both the national and international level, Renee has worked with diverse workforces and management teams across the private and community sectors, from start-up businesses to multinational organisations.
Renee believes leadership and people development underpin strong performing cultures, and is an experienced adviser at the senior level. She is highly experienced in employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, change management, stakeholder management and communications.
She has a Bachelor of Business (Management) from University of Queensland, is a Certified Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. She is a director on a not-for-profit board and is a graduate of the Tasmanian Leaders Program 2007.
